Valerie Wint
Valerie Wint has been teaching Hatha Yoga since 1999. She is a certified Ananda Yoga™ teacher, and has also trained with teachers from other traditions. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance (USA)
Following a back injury, several years ago Valerie stumbled upon yoga. She embraced it whole-heartedly as a way to help heal her tweaky lower back, and to reduce her stress levels. She eventually became a certified instructor, gradually let go of her corporate life in Public Relations, and has taught steadily in Toronto since 1999.
Valerie is passionate about yoga and meditation, and loves to teach and write. She conducts yoga classes, workshops and courses, and writes and speaks about yoga, specializing in the issues older women face.
